PhD Researcher in Sustainable Biomaterials & Cellular Agriculture
We are currently seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to join the De France Lab in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Queen’s University.
This fully-funded position is part of our recently awarded interdisciplinary NSERC-SSHRC project: Unlocking Canola Meal, where you will work in the area of developing canola meal-derived scaffolds for cellular agriculture applications. As part of this role, you will work closely with New Harvest, a leading nonprofit advancing cellular agriculture globally. You will have unique opportunities to engage with a vibrant community of academic researchers and industry partners across Canada, with the collective aim of developing sustainable materials for a greener future.
